I Can't Click the "Submit" Button

Have you filled in all the fields but can't click the "Submit" button? This issue can have various causes: loading time, file size, old cache and cookies.

1. Be Patient

Sometimes loading data can take a while. If you have clicked the "Submit" button but nothing happens, wait a few minutes. This is especially the case if you have attached large files or images.

2. Check the File Size

A common reason you cannot click "Submit" is that the total size of the attached files is too large. Ensure the total size of the files does not exceed 100 MB. If your files are too large, try compressing them.

3. Clear Cache and Cookies

Old cache and cookies can sometimes cause issues when submitting forms. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and reload the page.

4. Check Mandatory Fields

Ensure all mandatory fields are filled out correctly. Incomplete or incorrect information can cause the "Submit" button to malfunction.

5. Try a Different Browser

If none of the above solutions work, try opening and filling out the form in a different web browser. Sometimes browser-specific issues can cause such problems.
