How can I return my book?

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt – without giving any reason – this is longer than the legal period of 14 days! After requesting the return, you have another 14 days to return your product.

Do you want to return? Please contact customer service via orders@hoog.design, and state:

• your order number
• which item this concerns.

When the product is returned to us in purchased condition (undamaged, unused, in original seal), you will be refunded the full order amount. The shipping costs for the return are for your account. These are settled with the return amount.
